We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Freight Delivery — Large & Oversized Items

Some products — including gazebos, pergolas, outdoor storage sheds, and deck boxes — require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

Transit Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the freight carrier.
Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You must be available to receive the shipment.
Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver to your curb or driveway — not inside your home or garage.
Inspect Before Signing: Always inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt before you sign — this is required to protect your claim rights.
