Some products — including gazebos, pergolas, outdoor storage sheds, and deck boxes — require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Here is what to expect:
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the freight carrier.
- Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You must be available to receive the shipment.
- Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver to your curb or driveway — not inside your home or garage.
- Inspect Before Signing: Always inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt before you sign — this is required to protect your claim rights.
